SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Each Mobile E.R.A.D. Unit™ is individually hand-assembled and batch-tested prior to shipment.

Orders are processed in the order received. Build times may vary depending on production schedule and component availability.

Customers will receive shipment tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Signature Requirement

All shipments are sent:

  • Signature Required

  • Adult Signature Required (18+ or 21+ depending on carrier policy)

This ensures secure delivery and documented transfer of possession.

We do not ship without signature confirmation.

Shipping Damage Policy

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the exterior immediately upon delivery.

  2. Photograph any visible damage to the packaging.

  3. Open and inspect contents as soon as possible.

  4. Notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Damage claims reported after five (5) days may not be eligible for carrier claim processing.

Failure to notify within the required time frame may void damage claim eligibility.

Do not discard packaging materials until the claim process is complete.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

E.R.A.D. Labs is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Carrier routing errors

  • Missed delivery attempts

Re-shipment due to address error may require additional shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each Mobile E.R.A.D. Unit™ is custom-built and hand-assembled in limited batches.

For this reason, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Environmental performance dissatisfaction

  • User error

  • Misuse

  • Improper setup

These are not mass-produced retail electronics. They are specialty acoustic systems.

Defective Product Returns

We will accept returns only if the unit is determined to be defective.

To initiate a defect claim:

  1. Contact us within the 10-Day Functional Testing Period

  2. Provide a description of the issue

  3. Provide photos or video documentation if requested

Units must be returned in original condition and packaging.

10-Day Functional Testing Warranty

We provide a 10-Day Functional Testing Warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

This period allows the purchaser to:

  • Verify output functionality

  • Confirm power connection

  • Ensure Bluetooth operation

  • Test sound signature operation

Ten days is sufficient to confirm system functionality under controlled conditions.

Seal / Tag Condition

If the unit’s tamper tag or seal has been cut, removed, or altered:

  • The purchaser has acknowledged acceptance of all terms

  • The unit is considered accepted

  • Returns will not be accepted unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered unless:

  • The unit is confirmed defective

  • Replacement is approved after inspection

Substitutions or upgraded components may be provided at our discretion.

Liability Limitation

E.R.A.D. Labs is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper power supply

  • Environmental exposure

  • Overloading

  • Modification

  • Unauthorized repair

  • Unlawful use

Use of this product constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this policy.
