Seal / Tag Acceptance Notice

Each Mobile E.R.A.D. Unit™ includes a physical tag or tamper indicator.

By cutting, removing, or breaking the tag or seal affixed to the unit, the purchaser and any subsequent user:

• Acknowledge acceptance of all terms and conditions

• Accept full responsibility for lawful use

• Agree to use the device only for legal training or lawful animal deterrence purposes

• Assume all risks associated with ownership and operation

If the purchaser does not agree to these terms, the seal should not be broken and the unit should not be used.
